Thank you for being a DEEPN8 customer. Due to the digital nature of our credit-based system and the immediate allocation of resources upon purchase, our policy is that **all purchases are final and generally non-refundable**.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

We will only issue a refund in the specific case where the DEEPN8 application is **completely non-functional** due to a fault of our own, preventing any use of the credits purchased. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

Timeframe

You must contact our support team within **7 days** of your purchase date.

Required Proof

You must provide a **clear video recording** that demonstrates the application is completely non-functional on your system after following any basic troubleshooting steps provided by our team.

2. What is Not Covered by this Policy

Refunds will **not** be issued for issues including, but not limited to:

Slow AI response times, which can vary based on server load.
Dissatisfaction with the quality of AI-generated content.
Partial or full use of your credit package.
Forgetting to cancel your auto-renewing subscription.

3. How to Request a Refund
